This gadget has an educational PCB (or print board) that shows the electronic circuit as well as the used components. This way, you'll always know what you're doing. Once you are finished soldering all components, simply add a 9V battery (not incl.) and the two red LEDs will start flashing. You can adjust the flashing speed by using the two potentiometers.

This kit includes a heart-shaped PCB that will be able to stand on its own once you've finished assembling it. You will need to solder 24 red LEDs, along with lots of other components.

Once finished, the heartbeat gadget will be able to detect your presence or any form of movement from a distance. How do you ask? It has an on-board infrared light and an infrared receiver. As long as the infrared receiver 'sees' the infrared light, the LEDs won't work. When the receiver can't 'see' the infrared light anymore, because something or someone has come in between, the LEDs will start to flash.

This electronic candle is easy to solder and mount and has a beautiful new design thanks to the double PCB. It has a baseboard and a uniquely designed top board in the shape of a pillar candle. Both PCBs have a white silkscreen that is finished off with gold coloured solder pads. The included LED emits a warm yellow light and mimics the movement of a real flame. The little gadget needs to be powered by a CR2032 coin cell battery, that can give you up to 24 hours of candlelit atmosphere. Also good to know, the entire kit can fit into a tea light candle cup!
